I’m looking to get a loan for around $10,000 from my bank as opposed to financing through a dealership. I have good credit but not much credit history, and I’ve never taken out a loan or financed anything before…I have always paid in full for the things I’ve bought with money I had saved up (including previous cars). I am 23 years old (male) and make $2100+ monthly…I have worked full time at the same job for the past 5 years. Is it possible for me to get a loan for this month? Would I have a crazy interest rate? I have $35,000 in credit card debt alone – not counting my car or house. I have little to speak of for assests.
